The Constitution of Nerdania

In the name of peace and liberty, we Nerdanians hereby declare and establish this constitution of the Republic of Nerdania into effect. People wanting to be citizens of Nerdania may choose to have these laws applied to them, and in doing so, are declaring citizenship of Nerdania.

Article 1

This Constitution shall definitely have effect on people who are citizens of the Republic of Nerdania, people who have declared their willingness to be  affected by these laws. It shall be revisited at every section at least every 100 cycles from 25.1, to maintain relevance.

Article 2

All laws of Nerdania shall concern the area(s) of preservation of liberty, protection against foreign threats, and/or protection against civil threats, and these only.

Article 3

No Nerdanian is permitted to aggress towards another person, meaning they are not to be obscene once asked to stop or to touch another physically without permission, except in instances of immediate threat and/or self defense. They are also not permitted to damage or affect another’s property in any way without permission.

Article 4

All laws of Nerdania shall not affect or define the areas of race, religion, social/economic class, or sexual orientation.

Article 6

If a Nerdanian is reported to have aggressed in a way violating Article 3 of this Constitution, they shall be tried by the legislature, and after at least three days of council and thought time, they shall vote to decide if this perceived offense should be considered an aggression charge, and if so, it shall go on that person’s record to be kept publicly. If 5 charges of aggression have been attained by one person, that person shall be tried by the same method to lose their Nerdanian citizenship.
